Pioneering carbon-negative hydrogen production through advanced science and strategic partnerships.
At White Hydrogen, our research is driven by a commitment to transform waste into clean energy. We focus on developing the H2-XERONOX® technology to produce carbon-negative hydrogen from agricultural and plastic waste, pushing the boundaries of sustainability.
Our R&D efforts aim to create scalable, modular systems that convert waste into high-purity hydrogen. By leveraging thermochemical processes, we deliver sustainable energy solutions with global impact, validated by rigorous scientific testing.
Transforming industrial waste streams such as crude glycerol into pure hydrogen using our proprietary White Hydrogen and H2-XERONOX® platform. No electrolysis. No fossil fuels. No emissions.
Developing and scaling next-generation decarbonization solutions, backed by partnerships with leading research institutions and universities.
Contributing to a cleaner future by embedding circular economy principles into every aspect of our work, turning waste into value while supporting global goals for Net Zero emissions by 2050.
Enabling modular, locally deployable hydrogen systems that reduce reliance on fossil-based hydrogen, centralised plants, and complex logistics — giving industries and nations energy autonomy.
Rembrandt van der Vossen leads all research and development activities at Delafield, overseeing the design, testing, and optimisation of the company’s clean hydrogen systems. Under his leadership, the R&D program ensures that White Hydrogen’s proprietary technologies — including the H2-XERONOX® platform — are scientifically robust, field-ready, and continuously improved.
He manages the day-to-day operation of pilot trials, laboratory validation, and prototype deployments, bringing deep expertise in applied engineering and thermal system integration. Rembrandt also coordinates closely with the company’s broader technical team and, when required, engages trusted external specialists to support specific areas of development or scale-up.
His hands-on approach, combined with strategic oversight, ensures that all innovation efforts align with Delafield’s commitment to delivering practical, scalable, and sustainable energy solutions.
We collaborate with world-class institutions to validate our H2-XERONOX® technology through rigorous testing, including gas chromatography analysis, ensuring high efficiency and reliability.
Partner with us to advance carbon-negative hydrogen production and shape a sustainable energy future.
